Been to tcm just now and here wat the docs says:
-No cold drinks
-No chilli such as sambal etc only abit of chilli
-No fried food
-Dun carry heavy things
-Wear socks nite time
-Wear slippers aro the hse
See so many no... hai..
and he noe abt my sinus says my nose is sensitive...
and ask mi do accupunture but i refused
accupunture all these A BIG NO NO for mi
have to go down for few times

I'M BACK!!!!
enjoyed myself...
think everyone does..
plan this trip early april and finally been and back!
First day we bbq wa alot of food but we manage to finish all our food during our 3 days stay there.. lol...
went cannoing... so tired my hand have to roll and roll..
next went banana boat! my 1st time on banana boat! fun but scary dunno when will drop into de sea...
next went swimming for awhile...
next went back villa and meet up michelle jie friends and went laser quest... tired for all limbs... now hand aching.. haha...
went pasar ole ole for dinner...
saw one bag very cute!!! i like!!! love at first sight.. slightly ex liao.. but at first got chong tong to buy de but dear say not worth it.. then never buy lor..
never buy muchie things...
pics will be loaded when i recieve from everyone of them...

4 days to Bintan trip....
10 days back to work... sian...
hope by tat day my back will be okie liao... wont be aching nor pain....
now seat down too long will feel like aching aching lor.. hai...
WHY MY BACK LIKE TAT???? SO PEK CHECK!!!!!
NOT going to work hard ANYMORE!!! I MEAN IT!!!
hai but some times really cant slow down my speed...
think it's really time to slow down... maybe not 1/2 but at least try by 1/4...

last nite was a terrible nite for mi!!!
wake up at aro 4am in pain roll all over my bed dun even noe how i fall back asleep...
wake up this 7am gets ready for my appointment at 910am.
train was so stuffy and packed wif human begins...
went for lunch after tcu and headed home sleep from 3pm to 5pm.. so tired wake up went for dinner wao ate alot leh...
plan for this two week:
- gain more weight
- gain back my sleep
hehe... all these are important!!! haha...
alright tat's all folks...

SHIT!!! My MRI result is out and asked myward MO to see and she told mi there's a lesion in my mri.. so i cant stand the pain and i wanna heal my lesion asap before it gets worst when excert myself during work so it's tml and seeing consultant! think go straight to consultant is better then seeing Reg... But is private la but it's my entitetment ma.. i'm under B1 wat...
Hate him!!!
call him in the end i got the Shit!!!
Not gg to call or msg u anymore till u do so!!!

tired working wif orh lung, luck i got kt!!!!
So many Disco lights yet she can seat at counter eat and write report instead of helping us answer when we are busy like nobody bussiness.... and when we looking for her abt her pt she can disappear and go vending machine buy drinks!! WA LUA!!! bua tahan!!!!

Some thing tat warms my hearts when irene noes i got backache the next day buy mi huiji ku yao jing for mi.. wanna pay her back cos not cheap yet she dun wan... but ppl saying she's my god-ma! haha... but we are really close to each other... tat time buy mi tao sau pai now this....

13 days seems so long....

Yes! The news tat we all long waited has been out! BOUNS!!!!!!

i wont say how much i'll get.... bleah... but i'm happy abt it....
I'm gg wait till i'm back from my bintan trip then i'll submit my application form! Heard tat june pay we'll be getting early!!! so at least back from bintan it's already 22nd and when i submit will be like 24 like tat so bouns will get it!!!
Yahooooo...... can't wait for bintan trip as i noe i'll enjoy till crazy cos we plan to buy food go over there cook and we will have fun.... yeah....
so this month my motivation to work will be the bouns and my 5 days of break to bintan... haha....
next will be my al in july during jci week!!! yeah!!!
